We at Trimsz are committed to providing you with a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience. Please read the following Shipping and Delivery Policy to understand how we process and deliver your orders.
1. Shipping within the UAE
We offer fast shipping within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
However certain remote areas in Abu Dhabi,Al Ain and Fujairah are considered non service areas and we are unable to deliver there.(For more information about your area refer to the list of areas when your filling your delivery address information on our website) .If your area is not showing it means we cannot deliver there. Subsequently you can always get in touch with us at hello@trimsz.com for any questions. We are working towards expanding our shipping services to other regions, and updates will be communicated accordingly.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. During peak seasons, public holidays or special promotions, processing times may vary, and updates will be provided on our website.
3. Shipping Methods
We offer standard shipping options within the UAE through third Party delivery services. After placing an order with us you will receive an order confirmation email from us with estimated delivery time and a second email after your order has been processed and shipped with a tracking information.
The delivery time may vary depending on your location however most orders are delivered within 1 to 3 days.
4. Shipping Charges
A standard shipping charge of AED 30 applies to all orders less than AED 300 and under 5kg. All orders 300 and above enjoy free shipping.
Shipping charges to packages weighing more than 5kg will increase based on the weight of the package and total shipping cost will be mentioned in order tracking information email.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order has been processed and dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number and a link to track your package's progress.
6. Delivery Address
Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery of items due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
7. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make multiple attempts to deliver your order. If they are unable to reach you in the designated time, then your order may be cancelled and your funds will be processed back to your original mode of payment.
8. Customs and Duties
For local UAE deliveries there are no customs and duties charge.
International shipments, customs duties and taxes may apply. Customers are responsible for any additional charges imposed by local customs authorities.
9. Order Tracking
You can track the status of your order by using the tracking information provided in the shipping confirmation email.
