At trimsz.com we strive to provide you with high-quality sewing materials, tools and accessories.
We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges however If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy to ensure your satisfaction.
- Eligibility for Refund:
- You may request a return & refund within 7 days of receiving your order only if a product you received was damaged or defective. please notify us of any product defects as soon as you receive your order through email or WhatsApp.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
- Products must not be used, washed, cut, soiled or damaged in any other way.
- Product tags if any are intact.
- Accompanied by a copy of original invoice.
- Discounted products or products bought on special offers are non-refundable.
- Return shipping cost will be covered by the customer in cash or by credit/debit card through a link provided to you via email or sms/WhatsApp.
- We ensure that all products are in perfect condition while preparing and dispatching your order. However if your product got damaged or defected during shipping and delivery, you can return them and ask for full a refund.
2. Refund Process:
To initiate a return, send us an email at orders@trimsz.com along with the following details,
- Mention your order number, name of product that you wish to return along with the reason of return.
- Upon receiving your email we will send you a confirmation with in 1 to 2 days of processing your return.
- Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and a pickup courier will be arrange. the return shipping must be paid by you via payment link provided by us.
- After receiving the returned items, we will inspect them and process your refund within 5 to 6 business days.
3. Refund Options:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- For Cash on delivery (COD) a credit note voucher will be issued that you can use on trimsz.com for future use.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We will either replace the item (subject to availably) or issue a refund, based on your preference.
5. Cancellations:
You can not cancel your order once placed. Contact our customer support team at support@trimsz.com for assistance.
6. Exchanges:
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.
